Munich, February, 29th 2024. Munich based Mecuris GmbH and Ottobock SE & Co. KGaA, a global orthopaedic industry leader, agreed on the transfer of technology for the creation of individualized O&P devices. The software developed for the Mecuris Solution Platform enables orthopaedic technicians to design and build customized 3D-printed prosthetic- and orthotic-products. Related patents protecting the Mecuris Solution Platform are acquired by Ottobock. The conditions of the transaction are not disclosed.
